Every single one of them is handmade with love and a mixer. Do you give free samples? yes, with every purchase Are your products tested on animals? Does my dog eating lotion count? (no, we don't test on animals) What is the shelf life of your products? Due to the natural ingredients we use in our products, they are meant to be used up. If products are properly stored (avoid extreme temperatures, keep out of direct sunlight, keep tightly capped, etc) our lotions and sugar scrubs have a 6 month shelf life, and candles and soap have a 1 year shelf life. Everything is made and shipped fresh, to ensure that our customers get the maximum shelf life on their products. Are your products all natural? Our sugar scrubs, bar soaps & soy candles are 100% natural. Our lotions are 95% natural. See our ingredients page for more information. Do your products contain preservatives? The only synthetic preservative we use is in our lotions. This is because there are no natural alternatives that are effective in preserving products that contain water. We decided that safety was the most important consideration, as a staph infection would be a much worse alternative than a preservative. Do your products contain parabens? Nope! We switched to paraben-free preservative called Optiphen. Are your products organic? At this time, we do not use certified organic ingredients in our products. This is something that we are interested in doing and that we are continually looking into, but at this time, the ingredients are cost prohibitive because we are such a small company. Unless anyone is up for a $60 lotion. Do you have a retail location? No, at this time we do not. You can find our products in many stores located through out the Midwest. Please check our Store Locator page to find a retail location closest to you. If you do not have a store that is located near you, please feel free to suggest our products to your local shop keeper. Shop keepers are always looking for new unique product lines, so don’t be afraid to make the suggestion. Because of helpful customers like you, we have been able to keep expanding the number of shops that carry our line. If you recommend our products to a shop and they decide to carry our line, we will gladly reward you with $50 worth of free products. You can call us anytime at 920.973.7007. If we should fail to answer, please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours. You may also download our order form, which is located on the Order Form page and send it to us through the mail. Do you ship outside of the Continental US? Yes we do. Shipments for delivery outside of the Continental US are shipped using the Postal Service’s global priority mail. If you would like us to use a different service we are more than willing to do so. You just need to contact us via email or by phone. Our shopping cart is not programmed to ship outside of the US. Therefore, it will be necessary to contact you for approval of the additional shipping charges before the order i shipped. Is your online store secure? Orders placed on our site are encrypted with SSL (Security Socket Layer) technology. That means our secure server encrypts all information you input to our cart before it is sent to us. This technology can be trusted to send information over the internet. How do I know I successfully placed my online order? You will receive an email after you placed your order verifying it was successfully placed with us. If you should fail to receive an email, please contact us. We will also provide you with an email verifying your order has been shipped. What is your shipping policy? All internet orders are shipped within 3-5 days of placement, if not sooner. Most Continental US orders are shipped via the Postal Service. For large orders, we ship UPS. We do not profit from shipping our products to you. We do not charge extra for packaging materials or the time it takes to package your order. We package your order with either recycled peanuts or shredded office paper. We firmly believe in Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. What is your return policy? We accept returns on all unused products. If you are unhappy for any reason with the products we sent you, we will refund or exchange your purchase no questions asked. We stand behind our products 100%.
